Mike Barsham

Mike studied Electronic Engineering at Southampton and then spent two years in the
Gilbert Islands keeping the inter-island radio communications in good order.
Returning to the UK he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse,
and then spent fifteen years with a family practice in central London, reviving the
client base by attracting new clients from theatre, film and design,
whilst also developing a strong IT side to the business.
In 1995 he decided to pursue an interest in Central Europe and worked in Russia and Lithuania
as Commercial Director in product marketing, becoming fluent in Russian in the process.
In view of the rising business climate in the UK, he returned to UK in mid 1997 and
is involved as Financial Director for a select portfolio of companies.
